From collection to payout

  1. Start with a review

Tell us about your items and include representative photos. We may ask for details, propose a plan, or explain why the collection isn’t a fit.

  2. Approve your proposal

Review the commission, permitted costs, hold period, and receiving instructions. Your account retains the version you accept.

  3. Ship with tracking

Use the agreed packing and coverage arrangements. Add your tracking reference so receipt can be reconciled.

  4. Review the inspected inventory

Check the item count, physical condition, grading, asking prices, and minimum sale prices. Resolve differences before approving listings.

  5. Follow sales and statements

We handle listings and buyers. Your account shows actual deductions, held proceeds, adjustments, and payout records.

  6. Decide what happens to unsold items

Eight-week selling cycle: reduce the asking price by 5% on days 14, 28 and 42, compounded from the original price and never below your approved minimum. At day 56 choose one mutually agreed eight-week renewal at a reevaluated market price, prepaid return, or discuss a separate buyout. No automatic renewal or disposal. Nothing is automatically discarded.
